Service Description
Whether you lost your DD214, sign up for the Veteran's Discount Card (Honor Rewards) or want to see if you are eligible for a Veterans Designation on your state driver's license- we can help! If you currently have your DD214, bring in a copy and your driver's license. If you don't- we will need the Veteran's SSN, DOB, Branch of military and dates of service.
